This home has only been modified from the "Hamilton 35"plan that was current at that time. The design retains a rural character whilst fulfilling the role of an urban house.
Custom design home built to take advantage of the veiws overlooking Inverell. Built on piers to gain that extra height with a bagged and painted exterior. Internally the polished Blackbut flooring throughout the living areas is a feature with french doors opening on to a north facing deck.
The "Riverina" design has been modified by the client to allow extra room in the home within the consines of the site. Cool verandahs surround three sides of the home. Spacious living areas are tastefully decorated. Glass bricks have been used as a feature in the spacious ensuite.
Built in Tamworth using bricks from the Namoi Valley range. This plan was chosen to take advantage of solar passive principles on a difficult corner site. Built on a steel flooring system to assist with drainage on a site with potential for inundation after heavy rain. The home features 8' 6" ceilings and large open living areas.
Built initially as a display home, now privately owned, this home show cased how a simple design can be presented in tasteful and spacious way.

This plan comes from an older range of plans that have since been updated into the new "Glenhaven". With north to the rear of the home, the living areas are gathered in that area to maximise the sun in winter.
Clients customised the "Riverina" floor plan to suit the site and their lifestyle. Perched on a north facing hill the home overlooks the lights of Inverell.

Built in 2010 as a workers Cottage for Paraway Pastoral on Burindi Station, Barraba. Custom designed by client from the "Riverina" Plan.
Custom designed by local Inverell Draftsman, Peter Eddy, this building features Timbercrete blocks. Situated on the Gwydir Highway in Warialda, this building has become a tourist icon.
Completed in 2008 this simple home provided a lovely solution for a growing family.

Earthworks have started on this new home to be built in the popular Riverbend Estate. The plan is based on the "Vaucluse" from the new range of Riverbuilt designs.
This plan has been modified from the popular "Cremorne" design. Using bricks from Namoi Valley Bricks in Gunnedah.

This design was modified from the "Bonville" plan in our last range of designs to create two gazebo rooms to the front. Living areas havre been gathered on the northern siide with outdoor living to the east overlooking the view.
Recently released from Council, work has started on this new home. THis design has been modified from the "Daylesford" plan to suit the site. Featuring 4 bedrooms and study, with large verandah at the back on the north eastern side for out side living.
Built for clients with family this design was chosen to make the most of the view to the North East overlooking Inverell. Some changes were made to the standard plan to suit the clients lifestyle.
We are currently constructing the new 62squareHomesteadat "Burindi Station" for Paraway Pastoral Company. We have worked with the clients from the design stage on this exciting project. Outstanding features are the polished concrete floors with 10ft ceilings.We are also incorporating materials such as cedar French doors & the cedar mantle piece from the old homestead in the new home.
Pressed metal panels have been incorporated into walls as a feature.
